could any one explain flashtone

hi i really dont understand how to use flash tone and flash graphic, ive looked all over the net for help but i cannot find any, could anyone explain how to use them as in adding new tones and changing them e.t.c please? i would be very gr8 ful! thank u!

Flash Graphic
you use this program to change the grahics in a mobile phone software. mostly the animated menus.
all you have to do is get a full flash file
open it
choose which menu you would like to change the animation in
and frame by frame upload new bmp files that are of the same size (height and width) to make your own animation
then save once you have finished

then use ppm manager 91 to correct ppm checksums
(i dont know if this step is needed but i do it anyway)

Then i use rolis to correct the mcu checksum

then you are ready to flash it on to the phone

Flash tone
this is the program you use to change and/or add ringtones to your phone
as before load up your flash file
choose weather you want to change sms or ring tones
choose which one you want to over write or add
load up you ring tone in rtx/rttl/txt format
click the button that says add/change
save the flash file

correct the ppm checsum using ppm manager91

flash file to phone

easy:D
but remember that there are limitations with flashtone
as you can only change sms tones not add and they have to be a certain length to
i tend to only change the ascending tone as it has the largest memory allocation, the others are really short

And some flash files will only let you change ring tones and not add. i stick to only changeing the standard ones as its a little bit easier. (have to cal log file when adding)

i also have heaps of modified flashfiles
but no space to upload them :(

i will gladly upload all of my mod files but i have nowhere to put them:(
thats why i have made the call for someone to host them
i might try and get some type of server going where everyone can upload them

i am like new to all this, what sort of things do they have in them? e.c.t is it posible to use a free web provider as a temp solution? theres loads of free 50 meg accounts n stuff that ppl cud load there stuff on to as a temp solution till u get a server?? cud put a cgi script on that allows them to make a page or host there own files on ur site?
