Nsm-3dx????

Is the NSM-3D same with NSM-3DX?? (the 8250) because when i tried to make a full flash backup from this 8250, I've got a warning from the rolis (v4.77) that the mobile type is incorrect but the reading will still going but when i tried to save the flash file, another warning message shows that if i flash the backup flash into the phone, I'll get contact service???? Why?

By the way, the mcu of the 3310 v4.57 at brad site is corrupted? I've tried to flashed but got contact service and the extracted file size is out.
