i have nokia 8910i V02.61 15-01-03 NHM-4MX (c) NMP. in arbic i whant change in franch langue and howto flash?

You have to buy a DCT-4 flasher (BOX or Cable) and Phoenix Service Software by NOKIA (+dongle) and also find the flash file on the internet. Alternatively you can go at a NOKIA service center and have it flashed if you do not want to be bothered...
