t720i flashing problem

i have a big problem i put a bad pflex into t720i ( phone power up but when goes to main window goes down , without sim phone power up ok , then i try to flash it with motoflasher or with victors cracked , but always when erase memory ..error detected ( time out erasing memory ) , then i try to convert vfl to shx to try flash with pst , but pst detecst bad header in flex file , somebody have a full t720i flash ( spanish ) for pst ?? or any other solution
