I don't know if its on the web, but if the phone is less than a year old then take it to a nokia service agent and they should be able to upgrade it FOC. There's a section on the Nokia website where you put your postcode in and it comes up with names and addresses of places that can do it. The latest version is 4.70..

Hope this helps..

PS I think you will lose your settings so try and make a back-up of them!!

Hi,

Use Nokia PC Suite 5.1 Content Manager to copy ALL your information off your phone via Infr-Red or DKU Cable.

Then find somebody to flash your phone with the latest MMC+MCU PPM Firmware. Once that has been done, simply transfer all your files and settings back onto your phone via the aforementioned Content Manager.

You may lose Ring Tones and/or pictures that were stored previously as Content Manger does not generally copy those files. If that is the case, copy them accross onto your PC using Nokia Phone Browser to drag and drop into a folder you create in Windows Explorer (If using Microsoft's Windows for example).

Hope this helps
