Unknown phillips

can you please help me to idenify this phillips.
What soft can i also use to unlock it
On the backplate i see CT2888/BIF

Try using a program called phst delock by Omega GSM.
I do not have a copy at the moment, but i am searching....
It seems to do all the odd ones no other software does!
