how to fix this error

i got contact service on my phone check it with eeprom tools and this error showed

"Eeprom Tune checksum error"
anyone know how to correct so it won't show contact service in the future? thanks

fix eeprom checksum.

get fubu and fix with nfree or g3n0lite.
or reset all phone settings, it may help too.

Here's what to do!


1)Connect phone via Mbus cable, power on and run Eeprom Tools v4.0
2)Uncheck "DTR On" and click "Read Info" (Magnifying Glass)
3)Allow to read phone info, click "Test"
4) If fail tests regarding Cobba, phone has hardware fault!, If return PPM or MCU fail, goto step 5.
5) Open Nfader By Al, select file (*.fls), uncheck "Fade on" and "Fade Off" if you do not want fading leds, check "kill CS/FAID" and click apply!
6) Flash newly saved file to phone and update as usual!

i've filled checksums and it has crashed on my again
showing contract service again

Run eeprom tools again and see if it gives a different error or the same one! Maybe your eeprom is damaged?

umm.. does nfader work with fubu?
i've never used it with fubu.
it only makes faid unnecessary and not fix eeprom tune crc.

use nfree to check fubu and if you can't apply right crc with it, use hex edit and change eeprom tune manually and chack it again with nfree.
