Programming MCU-PPM files

Does anyone here know how to program MCU-PPM files. I already heard of WinArm but is their any other way? If there is another way then where can I get it and how can I use it. Thanks in advance.

Hi, what do you want to do to it? Winarm is good, but takes a lot of working figuring it out.

if u get it right and fix, u could make cool softwares which we
others could dload and use :)

if u know how to program, u could make or remake softwares
for just one gsm band to other bands also...
it should work, in some way :)
