I have been given a Siemens A50 phone that a friend of mine has attempted to unlock but failed. All that happened when I got it was that the screen would flash and then it would turn off again.
Since then I have trawled the net looking for fixes for it but to no avail. I don't know what software version it was originally.
Please can someone give me a step by step guide to sorting it out (I have already soldered on the wire for the 'service mode' thing).
