screen saver makes battery drop quickly

when i got missed call or sms and i don't open it, screen saver program makes u'r battery drop quickly.

use eprofiles pro, then you can use animated gifs as wallpapers, and it consumes less battery

I've got eprofiles pro but it wont let me use screen saver option, says I've got to have screen saver program installed first?
