dct4 phone restricted can i get help to clear restriction!!!!

needs unlocking ...

try dct4 tweak.
connect the cable. run the prog.
turn the fone on and as it boots up press unlock.
you may need to do this a few times to get it to work.

use WIN98 OR ME.

when i insert sim into phone it says phone restricted with an option to unlock.i tried to flash it and clear sp locks using phoenix but nothings working.

try using EepromTools 4.0
