Hi all, where can I find schematics to build an Infra-red device that works with normal programs (Logomanager ..etc.) through COM port?

which one of these schematics do we need

btw, to where are those vcc, rx, tx going, to the com or lpt port? or .....

propably for connecting to motherboard

You need an infrared socket on your mainboard.
(IR or SIR) it's usually 10 pin.5 pins are used for only irda module.
(Pins 1 to 5) Most of the new mainboards have this socket.

Or I saw a scheme for ps2 connection.Input: ps2 Output: irda
ps2 has voltage and needed.I think it's hard to find or make an
infrared circuit from comX port.

btw

here are 2 links for 2 different irda modules.
you need 8-pin infrared transmitter.Other circuit elements are very easy to find.
