Thant is quite simple......
you can use it with every SIM card and with every network :)
A locked phone can either be used only with one particular SIM card (the one it was sold with) or on one particular network only and leaves you no chance to use the phone on another network or with another SIM card.
Unlocking "frees" your phone :)
