3310 Flashing Problems

I bought myself some cables, just serial to phone.

I got me the rolis software (5.14) and got the fls file for my 3310.

I converted the fls to ppm and mcu with another program i had downloaded.

In rolis, i select the ppm, and click on flash, and it keeps saying Wait For Power ON...

Nothing happens after this...

Rolis can read the phone info so the cable is fine...

Do i require some other cables or something??

Please Help, as im new to this...

Yes you have an MBUS/datacable tio do anything flash related (read/write etc) you NEED a flasher cable.

if you are good at electronics search around hte forum the diagram on how to make one is floating about.

if not there are plenty of sites that sell them

I have searched around and found schematics for the Dejan Flasher with the 74hc14 chip.

I will get the parts and give it a go this weekend.
