this looks like a really nice application. But how does it work? Why does it say it ONLY works with closed-circuit TV cameras?

Any more info would help.

Thanks,
Gail

The VDR system is mainly a CCTV system thing, all this app does, is let you log on to your home CCTV system from anywhere!

Say, you have 4 camera's on your house (all digital) and you are running the VDR server to record the video etc. If your out on holiday, you can log on and view your cams, check everything it ok :-)

Try this address:

HORIZON BY THE SEA INN - FLORIDA
server: lbtsmotel.vdr-s.com
port:9000
user/pass: demo/demo

You can view all the security camera's in the hotel!

I'm waiting for some nice people to be sun bathing by the pool ;) only had old people so far!
