7110 contact service

sorry for yet another message about "contact service" but can anyone please help. Tried it all but still not working. i have virgin eeprom and iemi changer and knok thing (not too sure how to use it though). Is this right?
1. Flash mcu - ppm
2. Flash virgin eeprom
3. change imei
still gettin contact service! what do i do now???
I need a new flash for 5.01 mcu ppm cuz mine is not tested and cant find one.
in flash downloads whats all the a b c d e bit about? :confused:

wow i finally did it ok here goes friends, i hope it helps.
1. Flash mcu/ppm ( 200000 START ).
2. Flash virgin eeprom ( 005FA000 START ).
3. Switch to Mbus cable.
4. Use Nk_Calc and press F1, F2 and F3 to do the imei.
5. Use Knok and click quick set Faid.
6. Use Nokia tool and click open all and Sw reset.
DONE!
