Help unlocking 6310i

I am trying to remotely unlock a 6310i for a customer, but he has tried the lock 5, 1 and 7 codes, but gets "code error".

IMEI 350780205666525
Network T-Mobile - 23430

The codes I have calculated are:

Can somebody let me know if they get any different, or if there are any issues with unlocking the 6310i?

Shot in the dark, but have you tried V2 codes ? :

That is if you haven't tried more than 5 times before.
