can a "made by nokia" phone be updated with a firmware for "made in finland" phone? is there going to be problems with the phone in accepting the firmware?

Nokia phones take Nokia firmware regardless of where the handset was made.

really, thanx man:cool: because here in our country they would ask what made is the phone. if its finland they charge more or say we do not upgrade finland phones.:D

it's still the same phone, even if sticker says it's made in finland or mauna kea.

just flash it yourself if they won't do it in service.
but remember always take full backup.
