i upgrade 3310 to 3315 but this has not new menus!! what can i do????

Use PCLocals, and set product profile bit 30 to 1!

I guess u might use eeprom tool 3.1 by B-pheaks. it causes ur phone (3310 up to 3315) losts new menu.

After flash, I always use Nokia Tool 1.7 or 1.8. U can download at download zone (right hand & top conner).
