Have you loaded one to the phone if not the option will be disabled because there is nothing there for it to use.
if you got wap go to this URL and you will get a clear logo.

when the phone is in stand by mode press and hold the 0 (zero) key if you get an error message or nothing happens go to your serivce provider homepage have them send you the wap settings. when you have don that or the phone started to connect wait until the phone finishes loading the wap then select option then go to address type in the address that I stated in my last post and your done.

Ok finally i got the wap working on my phone and i was able to go to that link and download operator logo. Now i see that if i go to my nokia 6610. display settings i could turn off the operator logo. But the T-Mobile still shows up. i Also saw that the Logo folder has Logosil.opl file. How do i setthat up as and operator logo. Please advise.
Thanks.

Leave the operator logo turn ON it WILL display the logo you downloaded which is blank so it displays NOTHING.

No it means that your phone is "infected" with T-mobile software the ONLY way to fix this is to do a software upgrade to an OEM software.

No not with a datacable but witha DCT-4 flashing box they are not cheap look around in your area to see if anybody will be able to flash your phone.
