does anyone know which program will read the security code on an 8310 ive tried loads but none of them seem to work:(

Can't read DCT-4 sec codes only reset to 12345

use attacted tool to do so.

No, he's uploaded the file okay, it's just you're missing VBrun files (At a complete guess :P)

Search for the missing files on google, and stick them in the system directory (If you're not sure, just extract to the folder the executable is in.)
