From the list you provide that the network code for AT+T USA is 31038. However, I got 310 for MCC and 380 for MNC by using FileExplorer from my Nokia 3650. That means the network code I got is 310380 (MCC+MNC). Which one I need to provide while I request the unlock code from this website?
