What does "flashing" means? I don't know. plz help!

"flashing" is changing the content of a chip, programming it.
for example, when you flash a phone, you change the content of the flash chip, and put new software on it.

coz i dont have dct4,any other way?

What does NSC mean?

For flashing you require a flash cable (connects to your parallel port) and a F/MBus cable (connects to your serial port).

i think that NSC = Nokia Service Center.... ?

anyway, you can flash your phone using a flasher cable, the cable that connects to the lpt port. there are flashers for dct3 and dct4 phones.

you can also use a box like dejan box for dct3, or griffin box for dct4.

i mean nokia service center, then i cant do anything without dct4..btw thanks =)
