But how to install .jar files?

That is a packed java application.
Transfer it via PC-Suite into the telephone memory for installs, if it isn't sent to you by gsm.
It will be shown at your programms-menu (*rtfm*).
When u enter this menu, you'll see the installed java apps. With a click on the left arrow the uninstalled programms will be shown. Click on the new file and follow the instructions.
