8210 - mic not working

After changing cover on my 8210 the mic stopped working. I changed back to the original cover, but it does still not work.

It is working when I use a handsfree set but not through the internal microphone.

I'm afraid I've might have broken off one of the copper connectors on the "plastic" modules (at the bottom right beneath the PCB when watched from the front).

What did I possible destroy and how do i fix it ?

I'd say it's fine! Just open it and clean all the contacts at the bottom with a pencil eraser! also make sure none of the pins in the chassis are broken or dirty and are high enough to make a connection when put back together!;)
