do you mean a flasher cable? or a flash file?

you can find many flasher cables here (http://ucables.com).

flash files can be found for free, in the downloads section (http://nokiafree.org/forums/software.php) of this site, or in 1000's other sites.

I have a Nokia 6610 and a battery problem.
I already defragged the MCU and deleted temporary SMS files. I also cleared the browser cache and resized all available jpg images to 1x1 pixels. Now i wanted to install Norton Anti GPRS professional 2003, and the phone showed "Memory low". I then installed Nokia Memory doubler v66.10 and got more than 1.9 gigabytes free in the SIM. I installed The Norton thing successfully, but now the phone shows the following message:

User incompatible with phone. Change user A.S.A.P. (c)NMP 1997.

As it says 1997, did they sell me an outdated software? Do i now need to flash my phone? If so, which version is better (i use Knockout flasher 3.0 with a homebuild cable) linux_mandrake_8_0.fls or MS_windows_xp_professional_service_pack_2_beta.fls?
Please advice me..........
