Need help on flashig

Ive got rollis 4.77-4.79 I'm trying to flash my 3310 but it just say's press power on and nothing happens. I'm using 98se how do I Fix this.:confused:

To power on the phone do one of the following:

Wait until you get that prompt and then:

1) Tap the power on button, don't switch on the phone, but just tap the power button, it won't switch on, but it will be powered on.

2) Connect the charger ;P, slightly easier and safer in my opinion.
