sms delivery report

hi

when i send an sms i want to get a report, i have it as ON but wheni send an sms locally it always gives me pending when i KNOW that it's been sent, but when i send international it gives me delivered...........can anyone please tell me what this means and how i can fix it?

Just like in e-mail, the sending of "message received" flag is dependent on the server. In this case if the recipient's network has the function turned off then you won't get a response. There is no work around, its the operator's fault/prerogative.

In the PH, Smart used to have this on but now its off and now Globe has it on when it used to not. Weird huh.

both my local network and the network outside the country have that feature with my old 6310 and other phones it works totally normal but with my 3650 i dunno why it wont give me a "delivered"response on my phone:(

im sure its something to do with the settings
