please help

i just had a thread requesting the unlock codes for a Nokia 3595 phone, network 31017 (cingular), imei 010166001286613 and recieved the codes. When i punched the first code into my phone after removing my sim card, the phone said restrictions were off. But now when I put my sim card in and the start the phone, all it will say is "Insert Sim Card". Is there anyway to put the restriction back on or ANY way to get my phone to work again? I can not get the phone to stop saying "Insert Sim Card" Thank you for any suggestions you may help provide me with.
