eeprom tools says ppm validity test failed this is why i have contact service on screen also the imei is tottally wrong to and does anyone have a step by step guide on how to use noktool18 for unlocking newer nokia fones any replies would b appreciated thanks.

1.run noktool 1.8 by rolis
2.power on phone
3.read phone info
4.special functions (on the right side you must corect update faid and run update faid)
5.clear sp locks
6.change imei

ivica19 when i press update faid it says your fone msid is invalid must begin with one of 81 82 83 this is what my fone reads

Do you have flasher cable or mbus ?If you have flasher cable run flash rolis 4.75 and upgrade your nokia 3310 v 4.24 to 5.13 and then use noktool 1.8 by rolis.Update faid , clear sp locks, change imei.

have mbus fbus and flash cables but will try what u said first

Run nokia flasher by rolis 4.75 and upgrade softvare to 5.13.And then use mbus cable with noktool by rolis 1.8 and
1.update faid
2.clear sp locks
3.change imei

full flash your phone then flash again with virgin eeprom and run nk_calc press f2 for change imei then f3, f1....you problem should be solved...:)
