I don't know about the 6100 but I certainly know it's possible to send ringtones and picture messages (not photos, graphics) from the 3310 and 3410 etc. So yes it is possible :)

I should imagine it's possible to do so with pretty much all dct3/4 mobiles, but I don't know for sure ;)

Yes it is possible! On the DCT-3 phones (33xx,82xx, etc.) you can send ringtones from composer and send pic messages from messages folder! On DCT-4 (6100, etc.) you can send and receive colour pictures via MMS! I'm not too sure about the ringtones though!!!;)

Hello
:)
On newer phones (also later versions of DCT-3, i had one 8250 v3.16 that could send and another 5.something that could NOT!) the sending/forwarding of received ringtones is disabled due to copyright issues.
They (Nokia and other providers) SELL the tones, i.e. let you download them via WAP or order by SMS and charge you for that. Now, if one person pays a tone and then sends it to 5000 others, they (sellers of content) miss 5000 times the amount what the tone costs. That's why it is disabled.
Pictures CAN be sent and forwarded, though, even paid ones. But just look at the terror around file sharing networks such as Napster (RIP) and Kazaa, the record industries (and other parties, too) whine only about mp3, nobody talks about those gigabytes of (mostly porn) pictures which are shared.
Kind regards....
