View Full Version : 3210 Screen Freezes

Gday all, I have a 3210 which has been working great until a couple months ago.. now, every second day the screen freezes or it will go blank.. so i turn it off hten on and i hear sounds but the screen is blank again.
usually after a couple hours of charging it is ok again.
does anyone plz have any solutions to this problem.

Try a new screen in it, you can pick them up pretty cheap on ebay and the likes. A fellow called diamondchoice will do you a good deal if your from UK.

Na im not from UK... is there any way of fixing the screen? or do i need a new one?

Your elastomer is stuffed! Press down hard on the nokia logo above your screen! The screen should come back on! You can buy a new one on ebay!;)

The elastomer is a small piece of conductive rubber used to transfer information from the PCB to the LCD! Try a full flash first though before purchasing one!;)
