Unlock code for 8310 please

I am new to this game so please bear with me. I have a Nokia 8301 that I believe need unlocking. The logo in the screen still has 'One2One' logo on it dispite T Mobile sending me the necessary SMS to cure the problem. Also the voicemail icon will not clear even when messages have been deleted. I understand there is a software glitch.

Could someone please let me have a code to unlock this phone.

I believe it to be locked to UK Vodafone

I don't know how to obtain a network code
