Hi all,I have a problem with a T-mobile sim card.I bought my son a second hand sim card from the communication centre which was working 100% He tried to set the pin code but put it in wrong 3 times.Now it says PUK code.I contacted the shop but they dont know who or where it came from.I contacted T-mobile but without a valid name & password they cannot help me.Is there a code that may work or are they all different.

Sorry, all puk codes are individual to the Sim, you'll have to buy another SIM :(

Hi,
Get in touch with the shop where you purchased the sim card and demand a replacement!

They cant go selling sim cards without the PUK code!
If the sale went through the till, then raise all hell in the shop untill they replace the sim card for you.

Good idea,I will have a go tomorrow.
Thanks for all your help lads.The bit that pi@@es me off is that he's only 10 years old and he put £10 of his birthday money on it last week.

Opps, cold hearted of me not to realise it was the kid's money. That sucks tbh :(. Yeh, go back to the shop and demand the PUK or a new SIM.
