In that case, check the 13MHz and the CCONT.

For No Power, Most fault comes from the CCONT or the 13/26MHz.

yes the ccont is power related , however if when u changed the hagar u disturbed a track then u may have stuffed it , if once u changed the ccont and still no power up , make sure the board is clean , i think if this fault started right after u changed the hagar then it could still be the hagar tracks on pcb , make sure the tracks are ok .

Hi guys,

most probably you are more experienced on mobile, but regarding the problem about after changing hagar the set was "Dead" or no power, but what is the right steps or procedures to test the hagar, ccont and 13/26mhz without test "jigs" as same use in Nokia Service Center.

changing chips..for me is not so hard, but to analized which really parts or chips to be replaced is not 100% for me.

can I have your opinion or how do it and your ways.

waiting for your post.

the connections of the 13mhz or the 26 Mhz are through the HAgar .....so if the hagar is dry or not properly soldered ...or of any track relating to the crystal ,under the Hagar is dislodged ...the set will be dead 100%
try reslodering very carefully .i have has the same problem many times and it has always ben my fault .i did not solder the hagar properly

@jendrisen

hey man...have u check whether ya HAGAR is a RECONDITIONED one ? Must really use a ORIGINAL NEW piece of HAGAR...i have tried using a RECONDITIONED HAGAR....sometimes it DON'T work...and made me waste my efforts....but if i used the NEW & ORIGINAL HAGAR....one time only....it works...and it can be power on....

Both have a 26 mhz TCXO, both are dived by 2 down to 13mhz for the MAD IC.

hello
i faced this problem before but to solve this problem try to return the old one which was in the phone back - after that the phone will working again or remove a hagar from any dead phone and put it in youre phone :
it works 100%
