A36 v25 - 'Wrong Software'. Please help!

Hi!

I unlocked(well, tried) a a36 v25 with ziemens x3x workshop 1.22.

Bad move. then, i used yumera and flashed v20 to phone, but it still is with 'wrong software'.

What can i do, to make it work again?
