gd55 shuts off

I have a gd55 and sometimes it shuts itself off randomly usually when it doesn't have service for a while. The screen also` locks up sometimes and i have to take the battery off to get it to reset. Could this be a software problem? Sorry I'm a newbie so could you explain the solution in the most basic terms. thanks.

i just flash my phone .and after that my phone working 100 %.

u also try to flash your phone with good flash file.
