3650 Unlock request: Los Angeles

T-Mobile, My cellular provider does NOT have the unlock codes for the 3650 that they would normally give out. I need to unlock this phone to get reception outside my area, so if you can help, it would be great.

try logomanager or oxygen, they usually give out the network code

T-Mobile usually locks to network code 310-20

But your IMEI is incomplete, last digit is missing!

there was no message "code error"?

remove sim card, switch on phone, type in code 1

if code is right: "phone was not restricted" or "sim restriction off"

if code is wrong: "code error"

GSM, after I type in Code #1, how do I tell my phoen that i'm finished inputting the code? Do I just wait after putting it in and see what it tells me? Do I push the answer call button or something? Thanks in advance.
