Thank you for the codes. I entered the first one, and it said check netwrork services the others said request not taken. Can you tell me the proper way to enter the codes step by step please incase I am doing something wrong. Thanks....:rolleyes:

turn off your phone, take out the sim card, turn it back on and enter the code
