Siemens c25 cable Helpppppp!!!!

I have a siemens C25 cable which i bought and i have tried to usse it to unlock a phone but all ige is waiting for ignition and the program times out can anyone tell me how i could modify this cable to work i am not so electronic minded so please keep your instructions simple...

Please not only solutions on how i couls modify my current cable because i am unable to build one.

thanks m8 but this will not support my phone version it is a C25 V61F/E/H i have tried to use Koci 5.5, 5.3 but still when i try to flash the partial flash for unlocking the program says please waiting for ignition i try to press the power on button but nothing happens...


Is their anything else i should try the battery of the phone is full....
