Hi all people out there.

Just a smalle question .

i Have firmware v3.12 on my nokia 7650 and i would like to know if you have noticed any buggs or something else with that firmware and would you advice med to get a new firmware.

what do i get with a new firmware?

updating new firmwares will eventually fix all the problems that you're having with your previous firmware ..

but if you dont encounter any problems with your current firmware .. leave it be .. ;)


(i just got a problem with my 7650 ... :( .. my Bluetooth is not working and have to be send for warranty :( , it doesn't work still even after i've flashed the firmware )

Hi,

I can only speak from the german firmware 3.12. It is clear, that this (now old) version has the "memory bug", means, if you have to less mem and you want to save anything (SMS, photo e.g.) your phone can hung, means it crashes (by software) and you have no chance to boot again. At every restart you get an error message. Than you must update the firmware.

My advice: Make an update at next time, save all your personal datas and you get a better, faster system.

if ur fone is working perfectly fine, there is no need to upgrade it. even the mem bug they mentioned, i nv experienced it b4, so i dun intend to upgrade too (mine is 3.12 too).

keep it as it is, y risk changing it and causing some applications to be unable to function? we will nv noe these kinda things, if it works fine, stay wif it :)
