3210-3310?

I just wanna know why not able to flash a 3210 with 3310 soft? The flash files are quiet the same size. ~2Mb.

Maybe the addresses or what is the reason?
Im not an expert just a quirous flasher! :)

Totally different hardware and the 3210 has an external eeprom i believe
