I am having problem when installed total IrRemote, when I turn off my phone. It won't start anymore... start only to show nokia logo and then turn off again... again and again... s**t...

Anyone can help???

Same happend to me, i returned it to a certified Nokia store for them to fix it. Sorry.

try to remove your battery maybe 1 hour, or if you have grifin box you can flash your phone

Ive had this problem 2wice now, the ONLY way to fix it is to take it in to a Nokia Cervice Centre, sorry mate. Trust me, ive tried EVERYTHING before I took it there and no success.

I just booted my phone holding the pencil button and reformated the phone... simple

For other case It's working, but for my case... It's not working at all... Since I don't have any experience with griffin box, etc..
I will bring it to nearest nokia center... BUT THANKS AGAIN...

I have the same problem. When I attempt to start-up the Nokia 3650 phone, an error message appears following the "nokia" logo: "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer." I've talked to a local nokia service center, but because the phone has not been available in Hawaii for more than 90 days, they do not have the resources to fix the phone.

I might have to send the back, but because I downloaded several 3rd party programs, i'm almost sure that isn't covered in the warranty. If i'm unable to start up the phone, are they able to find out whether or not i've installed other programs to the phone memory? If so, how much would it cost if the warranty prohibits this? I've tried starting the phone in safe mode or even regular mode, but that doensn't help. The phone is only six days old, purchased from letstalk.com. I don't have the money to buy any flasher cables -- some are more expensive than the phone!
