When ever i am talking on my 3310, it turns its self off. It thinks there is no battery left. But when i turn it back on it still has half power and can last for another day or so. How can i fix this problem.
I have a data cable

You can try the following:

Use Knok95
Quickset FAID, Reset User interface settings, Reset Full Factory Settings, Reset SP Locks, Set new IMEI, Use original IMEI, Quickset faid! In that order!

If that doesn't work it will probably require a new flash, in which case you'll need a flasher cable!!!;)

This fault is common in early 3310 softwares.

There is a fix for it, but its easier to upgrade your flash to a newer version.

The fix I mention is something to do with replacing a chip inside, the name escapes me at present.Common on rom 5 (i think!)

To save a lot of bother, flash with a good flash either from a working phone or one that has been tested.

You will need MCU+PPM+EEProm files for this.
Maybe better using a virgin eeprom though.

Keep us updated of your progress,
