Please Insert Sim-card

Hi!
Maybe someone could tell me that is this message software relative or is my 9210's sim-card reader really broken. Please help if you have some experiense......

Cleans the sim card with dry cloth,second insert the sim then batt. give some pressure on the sim & power it.If no helps,bring your baby to the Nokia care centre.
