Lower Aerial in T20s

Hello I think it is hardware problem, my T20s has a lower almost one bar aerial - connection with antenna is ok, so what can be demaged inside, a have hot air solder.

Sounds more like a software problem.

Have you tryed upgrading the software version on the phone.
