transfering pics,logos etc/ via infared

when i try to send an image through bt, or ir, iget a message saying sending failed im trying to send from 3650 to 7210 and various other nokias.
but i can send contacts fine.
some help would be very grateful.

the infra red on other nokias is pants they dont support images or other files only contacts and for two player games pretty usless havin the infrared really
