I have one set like this too, mine was a faulty MAD2 (CPU). Changed and working.

I HAVE 3310 WITH SAME PROBLEM
I ANALYZED THAT IT IS ALSO CPU RELATED
HOW DID YOU CHANGE MAD?
IM PROBLEMING TO REMOVE THE CHEMICAL AROUND
IT BEFORE I CAN REWORK IT,
PLEASE WHAT IS YOUR REMOVER?
