If anyone can help, here is my problem.

I got a 3310 which wouldn't switch on, opened it up and it full of water, or what looked like Blue WKD anyway, cleaned it, put it through a ultrasonic repair tank, then flashed it. using WinDLS to software Ver 5.13 PPM O

the phone now switches on, gets signal, but when you make a call it losese all service with in a couple of seconds, if it makes the call at all.

Tried updating FAID with NokTool by Rolis, doesn't help.

Tried reflashing it with diffrent software versions, doesn't help.

Also tried eeprom tools doesn't help

Any Ideas????

Use a higher version, which can be found in the download section above! I recommend v5.57, you can also covert it into 3315! Use all my guides in the Forum FAQ!

let it dry thoroughly first.

maybe some chips are still short circuited. open your phone and leave it in a dry place for about a day. maybe theres moisture somewhere..

Try to reheat CCONT and PA /You need SMD rework station for this/ but may be a higher vertion will do the job /it work for me/
run a test with Eeprom tools4.0 and post results...
Good luck!

Well this is interesting, it seem to work ok now but,

I was flashing using WinDLS ver 3.4 and it wouldn't let me upgrade to 5.57, so I download a copy of WinDLS 5.0a
and it work, flashed the phone but it now only works with a LI-ION battery, if I put a Ni-MH bat it switches off after a few second, not that it matters cos it works now but it is some what interesting

Any ideas why

Did you look at the tutorials in the FAQ? Use Rolis to flash and update with Knok95!!!;)
