Nokias and Internet

Hi there

I have a question:

is there any model of nokia wich i can use it to connect to internet
just like i connect to my isp using modem and phone line,
i mean a way without WAP or Buying Network Data Transport or anythings like this

just dialing isp phone,user name and password and go....

just use as regular modem (9600bps).
